when i called the lady told me that it would be 9.99 for one and i would get another one for s&h. and then she told me i would get a free gift worth 20.00. and then for something i could get them upgraded for a small amount. so i told her to send the two sets. i could hardly understand what she was saying. when she got all the information i asked her what the total price was and she immediately hung up without an answer. i have been trying to contact them but can't get through to anyone. now i'm an 82 yr. old woman on a very low income from ss. they have charged me 113.91 for something i didn't order. what i ordered ws 9.99 plus s&h. so please don't let them rip me off like this. thank you. remember she refused to give me the amount of the order. i'm not really sure if the date was exactly on the 6th. but thats close.

  • scum bags like robo stir should be taken off t.v. or let you speak to someone who understands. it would be nice for old people to be able to sit at home and do a little shopping. but i'm done with it. this is not the first time, but the last.
