I ordered a trial sample of perfect radiance for £5.95 in December 2011 and today received bank statement to say they had taken £74,50 out and would do so every month unless I rang to cancel, I rang to cancel but the number does not exist

- The number I got through on last Friday was 0808 168 3684 or try a 5 at the end instead. I insisted that they refund all the £229 they had taken from my account. I got all the money back in my account today. Keep trying, you will get through, and don't let them fob you off with a 50% refund like they tried to with me. Good luck
