on 12/25/2011 there was an unauthorized use of my greendot pre-paid debit card#4606 9900 0982 9799 I contacted greendot and canceled my card.When I ask how long it would take to get my money back (I spoke with Almar STL9)He said 1,2,3 ,10 day's before I could even dispute the disputed transaction or until it posted.On 01/06/2012 I fax a copy of Cardholder Dispute Form to GreenDot.
I just had bought the card at Rite Aid in Morro Bay Calif. 93442 for $5 and added an other $100 by the time I got home my card had an unauthorized charge of $90.54 So I called GD and cancelled the card.I want to list GreenDot as a perpatrator of fraud as well as BoundlessPVT.GreenDot doesn't even list their phone number or address on their web page and even if you can figure out how to contact them it seems to me they are Fraudulent in part as to my money being stolen. When I ask how long it would take to get my money back I just about fliped over .What can I do to charge these scamer with my lost stolen money. So now Im out the $100 ,$5 purchase of card and $3 fax cost. Please advise me what to do . and they charged me a reissue fee. Please help stop this from happening to united states citizens.I am having a hard enough time as it is with out be ripped off for money I don't have.Some one has to put a stop to their scam

- Its been about three years ago I got a green dot card, for a trip to see the Chicago Bears, because I had not received my replacement bank card. I had about $80.00 on it when I misplaced it. I found it about six months later and could not use it because I forgot the pin#. I got nowhere with customer service. Now that I have forum to complain I will try to locate the card and information I took down at the time then I maybe able to make a complaint.

- Phillip and others Please contact me, so we can share info, I had over $400.00 of unauthorized charges on my card in a city that is 40 minutes away from Greendot headquarters in Monrovia, CA. I live in Niagara Falls, NY and the charges were not online they were done by someone in person somehow and no one else had access to my card the other thing is that the card # was almost like Phillips it was 4606 9900 0171 6176... I believe an employee at the Greendot headquarters is doing this and I want something done if anyone else would like to share info please email me at: [email protected]
