purchased bike 06/05/11. 06/25/11 he sent massage he sent the wrong bike.bike arrives 07/16/11. 09/19/11 waited 4 month still no bike.call ebay told me make a case with ic3.gov. told him i just wanted my money back $345.45 gave him 2 days to reply. he emails me back the same day saying the bike literally showed on his front door.09/21/11 his asking for my address. 09/22/11 gave him the information.09/26/11 said he went to town but will send the bike on the 09/28/11. received the bike 10/26/11 but it's not the bike i purchased. the bike in the photo was old and rusted, but the bike i received the rims showed more rust then the photo, it also had spider webs all over the sprocket the rims and frame, just like someone pulled out of a barn thats been sitting around for years. i have photos of the bike. sent bike back 10/31/11 and told him all i want is my money back it cost me $109.61 to ship the bike back. after all this bs i just want my money back $455.06. contacted him 01/04/12 if he doesn't refund my money i wound open a case against him.01/05/12 he emails me and tells me how can he refund my money if i have the bike in my possession, i do not have the bike but i know he sent the bike back to me.
