I sent my great-grandfather's pocket watch to WatchBrokers.com on June 20 2011. These people were very helpful until they received the watch. After that, they were impossible to get ahold of and did not respond to my phone calls or emails.

I was told on August 25,2012 that the watch was sold for $711.00. I was transferred to the "accounts payable" department when I asked about payment.

I then received an email stating that "WatchBrokers.com is currently working with the Governor of Georgia's Office of Consumer Protection to create a 12 month payment schedule for the outstanding payments to customers. The payment schedule is based on the date the watch was sold and will be paid accordingly over the next 12 months. All payment paid in full by November 30, 2012".

I have not received a penny.
