Like others, i purchased these products via an ad on facebook. The company is a total sham. Products were not recieved and the charges were made to my credit card. Further, the apparent support email and phone number are fake. I've reported them to the AFP and Consumer Affairs. It's a pity facebook allowed advertising from such a sham organisation.

  • I called the number given with regards to purchasing organaslim and organacleanse, apparently they are following up with my goods that have not arrived and apparently they have cancelled or deactivated my account to prevent anymore money being taken from my account. So I am also now around $110 out of pocket and waiting to see if I receive these goods. I thought because it was on facebook that it was legit, but maybe not. Grrrrr........I thought it was too good to be true.

  • I also saw this advertisment on facebook, followed the link and put my name down for the product.
Two lots of $4.95 got deducted from my account, after a week or so of not recieving any products i too believed i may have been scammed.
I want into my bank branch to cancel my card so no more money would come out of my account, my bank advised me that it infact was not a scam, and to look at the terms and conditions of what i had signed up for.
The terms and conditions said that it was a free trial until you cancel it before a 14 day period, if you don't cancel the full amount would come out of your account for the products and would continue to do so every thirty days as you would also get new products every 30 days.
There was a number in the terms and conditions to call if you want to cancel, i found it didn't work so i visited a website that gave me a number local to my area.
I called and cancelled my account so no money would come out of my account, and didn't think any more of it.
Today i found it was in fact not a scam as my products came in the mail and i'm looking at them right now.
Obviously the products don't come quick enough for you to be able to try them before you get charged the full amount.
But it is not a scam.

  • You can look up the number local to your area here http://www.extmangobill.com/
I also ordered these but promptly rang after seeing these reviews. I will let everyone know if they do arrive, and if they do work- I think potentially postage times will take longer coming from overseas but if you just want to trial ring up straight away after placing the order and make sure you write down the cancellation numbers of each product.
