Flex Card Visa

I was searching for a credit card and was forwarded to flex card visas website where I was told that i was approved for an unsecured credit limit for 1100.00 if i paid the 69.00 fee to process. After activation of the card the money would be refunded to my account. I paid the fees and then was forwarded to a pay day loan site to apply for up to 1500.00 I live in arizona they do not allow pay day loans. They sent me a confirmation email that said my card would be here in 10-14 business days. After a couple of days i called there office. It was hard to get throuh to them. When i did i mentioned seeing on the computer someone mention that they had received the card and it was only good for online purchases at the credit builder store for ouytdated ebooks as well as the fact the card they received was only good for amount you loaded on to the card.(i.e. depositing all or a percentage of payroll check) the man on the phone said that was an old program they offered but that they no longer offer that. He assured me the card was not for used books and that it came with a credit limit of 1100 like any other credit card it was to be used any where visa is accepted. I questioned him further stating so, i do not have to load money on there i have an unsecured credit amount of 1100 that i can use at target if i wanted? he said yes anywhere visa is accepted I asked him a couple more places and got the same answer.I applied on november 22,2011 today is january 9,2012 i was told the card would be here in 10-14 business days. I called on 10th business day and they assured me that the card was already shipped out and should get it no later than the coming saturday. of course they were closed on the saturday it didnt show so icalled on monday and there systmes were being upgraded and they had a recorded message stating if you would like your money refunded contact the bank for the card you used to pay for flex card and ask them to return it to me. the following week the office was closed and has been closed since. Alos it seems website was taken down. My father also applied for this scam and i paid the initial fee for him to get the card. he also has not received his card i even paid to double the credit limit. yikes this was a horrible mess. I was counting on using the card to pay for chriistmas for my children. i lost my job and this was my only hope.
