I was contacted by Vacation International, Inc. to sell my timeshare. I was told that a Buyer had placed funds in escrow for the purchase, and was told to contact Alliance Title Service in Eugene, Oregon. I spoke with Jason Landry who confirmed escrow would close 7/15/11 as long as the 'transfer tax fee' in the sum of $3,470 was wired to Mexico, which I did on June 27. On July 15, I found all numbers to be cancelled. I have found many others with the same situation!
