I paid for the postage of my so called free sample on the 17/11/11 and to date received no goods. I was not worried about five bucks until I noticed a payment of $96.16 off my credit card on the 4/11/11. I then went back onto the web site after looking I found the terms and condition right at the bottom of the page, this makes some good reading. What I want to know who is going to put a stop to this misleading website. It does not inform people that this product is loaded with caffeine for a start. There is no warning that this so called free sample is a start to your biggest nightmare. At this time I can’t fault the product just the money grabbers. I am not over weight these guys are praying on people that don’t need the extra problem of getting scammed. After reading the terms and conditions that they have I realised there is no way in hell I would be getting my money back from them, so I cancelled my credit card. My bank told me I am not the first to be scammed by this bunch.

  • Hi Bazza... Have you received the product yet at all? I have the same problem with them. Ordered this on 29 Dec but still received nothing, their website claims it will take 3-5 days, even the woman on the phone said this, its now been over 2 weeks. Be careful if you get offered to trial the african mango and biocleanse for just $4.95 postage, you get a 17 day trial period before they charge your card, i called to tell them that i have not received the products and they extended the african mango trial for me but said nothing about biocleanse, this is where alot of people go wrong and they charge your card for the biocleanse after 17 days! They would normally do this for the african mango too if you dont say something.... how are you supposed to trial something within 17days when you haven't even received the product! I cancelled my direct debit for both products through them, im hoping my card wont be charged but I will soon find out. Be weary of this company!!!!!!!!!!! The fact that you can't even buy the bottles upfront and that you get put on a direct debit every month is suss... The website is misleading, i was even told by customer service that people not receiving their bottles in the mail is very common... they blame customs and they are not liable in their terms and conditions and there is no way of getting your money back as well!!!! I honestly think biosilm is a scam! Until i see the trial bottles arrive, (and i believe there is a 99% chance they wont) i wouldn't be wasting your time or money with this company, total scammers!

  • No!!!! I have received zip from these guys. I know what you are saying this is just a legal scam. There web site is a joke, but the jokes on us.....

  • ARGHHHH!!!!! Don't be fooled by these guys! Stay FAR AWAY from BIO CLEANSE & BIO SLIM!!!!!!!!
    They charge you immediately and even if you cancel within the appropriate period, continue to charge your credit card each month, around $100 for each BioCleanse & BioSlim! And then DON'T SEND ANYTHING!!!!!!!!
    I can't believe I was so stupid as to actually think that such an online 'company' would be in any way reputable. They NEVER respond to emails, their telephone numbers are all disconnected and they HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS!!!!!!!!
    Best thing is to cancel your credit cards immediately and contact your credit card company to register a complaint of non-compliance, then contact any agency that deals with fraud and consumer affairs in your state and protest. Perhaps that way they can be forced to stop operating. It is clearly nothing more than easy theft for them.
    Feeling very stupid, gullible and naive.

  • Oh my goodness, you are telling my story.
    I feel so stupid.
    I phoned my credit card company to cancel my card, but they told me if I had inadvertantly agreed to a subscription with these people, they could still force payments through regardless - so then it was a mission to make contact with them, which I eventually did (phone number is an Aust one, 61 291 912 796 for those of you who haven't been able to ring them), and yes, I did have a subscription with them, (this is where I feel so stupid, how did I not know?) but they have agreed to cancel it.
    When I told them that I did not receive the product until after the trial period, I was told that I should have phoned them to let them know - which I DID, but I have been charged the full price anyway.
    So, yes, I did eventually receive the product, but was fully taken in by the cost and the subscription agreement.
    So, please beware of these guys, and for those of you who have cancelled your credit card, good step, but please also try to make contact with them to cancel any monthly subscription you may have inadvertantly entered into.

    I had the same thing happen to me. The fine print is just that...FINE. Not long after paying five dollars for postage, $97 was taken out of my account..this happened a total of 4 times by 2 different companies. I reported this to my bank as being unauthorised transactions and within a week they put all the money back into my account,sent me out a form to sign so they could follow up the case and the rest is history.. On the back of some bottles is the website...You can contact them and tell them to send no more!! Please..contact your bank. You WILL get your money back..I did :)

  • i also have been fooled but yet i did recieve my tablets but only the biocleanse. I tried the number on the bottle but disconnected.I've now notified the banks and they have cancelled my card but plz ppl take note they have a different name every time they take money out of your account so the bank is now working on reteving my money
