I applied for a loan to be able to go see my son graduate from Air Force Basic Training in July. I was approved by this company for a loan in the amount of 7500 as long as I paid their security deposit. On 6/15/2011 I sent 746.56 with western union fees of 66.00 for a total of 812.56 Per Justin Smith who was my loan officer.
On 6/16/2011 I sent 554.00 with western Union fees of 46.00 for a total of 600.00 as instructed by Judy Hall who claimed her manager advised this was alright to send) for half of the insurance policy.
On 6/17/2011 I sent 421.00 with Western Union fees of 40.00 for a total of 461.00 as instructed by Peter (unknown last name who claimed to be a manager) to pay the other half of the insurance policy.
On 6/18/2011 I sent 525.00 with Western Union fees of 46.00 for a total of 571.00 as instructed by Craig Johnson who also claimed to be a manager and denied that Peter was the manager and who also sent me a promissory note stating this was the last I would have to pay and once the company received the payment that I would receive my loan of 7500.00. As per the previous 3 people he also lied to me as they then stated that I need to pay another 675 to get the loan.
On 06/22/2011 I sent an email detailing everything and asking that my money in full be refunded to me immediately. I was told it would take 14 days and I would have my refund. It is now 07/20/2011 and I have heard nothing from this company and can't even get them to return my calls. I have to go to someone elses house to make a call to them as they have blocked my number. They have blocked my email address so that all emails I send are rejected. They have blocked my faxes so I can't fax them any longer. I have lost my car, I have lost my home, and my son is graduating in 2 days and I have no money to go see this graduation. I have been scammed and royally run over by this company.
