The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity

The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity

The company or person contact no longer exists

International boundaries

The company claims to have specific test banks for college students. They give you one price and take double or more off of your credit card. Then when you contact the company they harass you with threatening emails. The guy who sent the emails seems to hack into personal information such as where an iPhone was purchased, the county courthouse that corresponds to the address for the credit card as well as other cities in the state. It is actually scary to think about exactly what all information this person has obtained. This person must be stopped. If I should notify someone else in regards to this issue please let me know. (Personal Info Removed)

  • I AM A REPRESENTATIVE OF RADELA- THIS CUSTOMER SUBMITTED HER PAYMENT THREE TIMES IN OUR SYSTEM CALLED HER BANK AND GOT ALL OF HER MONEY BACK, WHILE KEEPING THE PRODUCT THAT SHE REQUESTED. WE NEVER RECEIVED OUR PRODUCT BACK AND TOOK A SIGNIFICANT LOSS WHILE CONDUCTING BUSINESS WITH MRS. COOPER. UNFORTUNATELY, RADELA RECEIVE MORE FRAUD FROM COLLEGE STUDENTS ATTEMPTING TO GET FREE TEXTBOOKS FOR THE SEMESTER.

  • THE SAD PART ABOUT THIS, I STILL HAVE PROOF WHERE SHE PURPOSELY RAN HER CARD THROUGH THREE TIMES TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE SOMETHING HAPPENED- SO IF ANYONE EVER READ THIS BOGUS COMPLAINT, THE COULD JUST SHE COULD GET A FREE PRODUCT- HOW CAN WE CHARGE YOU THAT MUCH WHEN YOU PAID THROUGH PAYPAL? AND YOUR ADDRESS IS ON THE INVOICE- ITS COMMON SENSE NOT COMPUTER HACKING...

  • I was scammed by Radela too. They have all their SMALL PRINT charges hidden and when you purchase, everything defaults to "yes". This is how I was charged $425 for a $35 purchase. Tiffany, do NOT let them intimidate you. Contact me at free stockpicker at gmail DOT com and I'll share my story with you. They may have info on you but their is lots of info available on them as well. Contact me if you like and I will try and help you out.

  • Well, the radela.org scam site is shut down but they still have www.dsmsolution.com . It is outright black mail with nothing behind it. The name of this site's domain registrar is: Tucows.

    If there are enough complaints from students (mention the black mail and slander) then this site will be closed. Here is the domain email :

  • Yes I too have just been recently f*cked by this same company name. Originally approached by someone named Holly, she even gave me a sample of the test bank, told me I had to sign up through a site named "AcademicVenue.com" (which btw I think RADELA works through). Anyways I was charged up to $265 for nothing. Well just wanted to let everyone know that the people I was in contact with went by the names: Holly Sitting ([email protected]) and Jamie Lee Curtius ([email protected]).

    Such a scam. Please be aware all.
