The Websie advertised new UGG boots, whic i decided to buy for my wife for Christmas, when they arrived where fake. When i asked for my money back they advised me to give the pair to someone else and buy another pair that i wanted. Again, i asked for a refund as i didn't want a fake pair and they advised me that it would cost to much to send the pair back and could get lost in the post, so i should keep them. it's clear they don't want to pay any money back and are happy to sell fake boots.
