I was promised a puppy because the owner could no longer care for it. This person pose as world wide pet transporter. I was told all i have to do is pay for my puppies to be shipped at my door step, along the transport this person kept asking for additional fees because there's a problem with the pet insurance or getting it to my destination. He only takes payments through western union and is located in cameroon africa.
