I HAD 154.00 ON MY CREDIT CARD (green dot) AND THIS WAS ON THE 7TH OF JAN. 2012 ! I HAVE BEEN SICK AND NEVER GOT OUT OF BED TILL THE 8TH OF JANUARY ! WHEN I CALLED FOR MY BALANCE TO PAY A BILL, THE BALANCE WAS WRONG AND THOSE TWO CHARGES WERE ON THERE. I NEVER AUTHORIZED THOSE TRANSACTIONS AND I WANT MY ACCOUNT CREDIDTED IMMEDIATLEY ! I ALSO WANT TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THIS AND NEVER EXPECT IT TO HAPPEN AGAIN ! SINCERELY,VIRGINIA ROYAL
