I worked for Scott Hedger and he lied to me and did not pay me!! in one month of work the pay plan changed three times. i never knew what scale i was going to be paid on. he also refused to let employees track our hours and sales that went through! my paycheck for about 40 hrs of work was $80! my thanksgiving check for the same amount of time was $140!! SCOTT HEDGER IS A CON ARTIST!!

    1) Attendance Poor / reflects pay
    2) Performance / Very poor / Reflects Pay
    3) Getting caught smoking weed at lunch reflects your employment status!

    The two checks in mention are 100% correct. In fact it is impossible even if your attendance were better to have worked the same amount of time on those two checks as we had two different holidays fall into each check period which had two different excused periods where we didnt work at all.

    I will say if you actually have an issue with your paycheck! The only way to get clarification is with its executives. Mathew Burgess never being one of them. You have never brought it the attention of ECP at all. ECP has an open door policy to air all of these types of concerns as we have aired some of your other concerns while employed there. And satisfied your concerns.

    As it was our policy when you were employed the door still remains open. Call 7273249704 or appear in person to review your check, Hours, Deductions for Coffee, Licenses, Tools, Time Off Etc.

    I will end with this qoute " If you give a man a fish you feed him for one day, If you teach a man to fish you feed them for a lifetime"
