I bought a dvd boxset advertised as region free, claimed to work on all players. They also claimed a 100% guarantee on their dvds. When I got the dvd's some didn't play at all, some played part way through and they were clearly not original discs but copies. When I informed them of the issue they only said try them on another player, which of course I had done with the same results. When I informed them of this they offered a $3 refund! what??!! When I mentioned their 100% guarantee they offered a $5 refund. I am still in the process of following up, as yet they have not given me their return address or refunded me.
