Offered to help with mortgage problems and refused to return money after she had made no attempt to do the job she was paid to do.She straight up stole my mothers 1500 dollars because she seems to have found some legal loophole to evade having any responsibility to return money when she has done NOTHING to help the situation.

She also goes by: Jessica Moreno and Jessica Morone. She breeds Great Danes in Apple Valley and also has a business named Apple Valley Egg Farm. It looks like she changes businesses frequently. Additionally it looks like there is another business in the Professional Medical Billing industry. Beware!
Jessica took my money promising to negotiate with the bank, and told us that we should stop making our payments because BOFA would not even consider a loan mod until we were late, well that was back in December 09 and she has not done anything. I have spoken with the bank on a number of occasions and they have nothing other than a authorization to speak with her, no other contact. She claims to have documentation from the bank and promises to send it to me and never does, she will not answer her phone, she will not return calls. she has done nothing in nearly 5 months. -
