I had two orders for merchandise on Aug 24 for $113.50 and Aug 30 for $80.19. This second order also included $14.99 for USPS shipping I received confirmation for both orders but have never received the items. I have called numerous times and was told that they were on back order. I have talked to so called supervisors and always the same story.The latest e-mail I received tells me that they are reorganizing but will answer calls and callback within 48 to 72 hours. This it not true. This was charged to my AMEX card and no refunds have been issued to this date-Jan 7, 2012

- MY orders were confirmed #505204 for $113.50 and #504941 for $80.19and both were charged to my AMEX bill the same day Aug 24 and 30, 2010. Ii am 84 years old and not very computer savvy but will try to get some to photograph the confirmations and AX bill.
