I had applied for a payday loan online a week previous to my acct being charged so I will assume that is where they got my information from I received a call from a man on 12/28/2011 who did not speak very good English I told him that I was unsure if I wanted what he was offering he then stated that I could call this number 800-887-2636 to cancel or to call this number 877-746-4993 to make payment arrangements. So when I hung up with him I immediately called the 800-887-2636 it ask you press 4 for the email address to cancel your account or for you to press 6 to speak with cust svc. So I pressed 4 & the email address that I was given was [email protected]. I also tried to leave a message for cust svc so that I could be called back, but the mailbox was full then (12/28/11) & has been since that date. The emails came back undeliverable. When I did get a hold of someone yesterday (1/6/12) she told me that I would not be getting a refund & to get over it. She was very very rude when I asked to speak with her supervisor she put me on hold then transferred me to a mailbox that was full When I continued to call back she kept leaving me on hold or she would simply hang up on me So I am truly at my wits end with this company I also had the same amount charged to my other bank acct from another Fraudulent company called Premier Membership Club so be on the lookout for them as well.
