The same thing happened to me, I had the $9.99 deducted from my debit card for the ebizpckg and was charged an additional $65.99 that I didn't authorize. I attempted to contact the ebizpckg customer support number @ 877-498-1950 for a refund and was unable to speak to any customer support personnel. I remained on hold for over 20 minutes without talking to anyone
