CG Billing does not do unauthorized payments. We are a third party processor for thousands of internet merchants. Chances are you, or someone with access to your credit cards has purchased a subscription on a website for which we process the payments.
Rather than assuming this is fraudulent, which it is not, please contact CG Billing's customer support directly, and we can tell you what this payment is for, as well as cancel the subscription should you wish.

CG Billing DOES take your money without your permission! Then you email them and call them like ^ "The CG Billing Team" is stating and you can't get a hold of anybody!!!
I've emailed - no response.
I've called only to sit on hold for 1 1/2 hours!! Once I got to "the next customer in line to speak with a representative" I got bumped back to #7 EVERY TIME! This is CRAP!!!
Due to this activity ON Christmas Day my entire account was shut down. (all banks were closed until Tuesday) I couldn't use my debit card, nothing! I had to update my account with a new number.
My bank suggested I go into a branch a fill out a complaint to get my money back and to stop these scumbags can't steal any more money from me. -
