12/29/2011 my checking acct was charged the amount above after being solicited by phone with a 30 day free trial offer. Dining discounts etc, discount services for things across the board. I was to receive a $50 gift card for accepting the free trial; this was never received. I had a million things going on like Christmas prep and visiting very ill friends in hospital so I also spaced out the time so hence the charge on my account. I was able to cancel on-line as instructed in the letter they sent but no way could I get into the section explaining why I felt I should receive a refund. So there goes the money.
