CanvasDiscount and BestCanvas are the same!!
I never authorized this payment. First of all, on CanvasDiscount.com there is no where to log in to my account. There 'sister' website -bestcanvas- (which has the exact same layout) does have a log in tab but does not recognize my username and password.
I was creating a photo canvas on canvasdiscount but never went through with ordering it. Then weeks later I receive it in the mail. Maybe something got mixed up and the order did go through some how. But on my credit card history it says "fotoservice koeln df". Who? i searched online for that name and found this website and others complaining about this exact same thing. scary. I also recieved an email with subject "trackingupdates" from Fedex and somewhere in the email it says "shipping of bestcanvas inc". it was shipped on 12/20.
So i received a canvas for the price it was advertised for. But of course their prices keep changing, so who knows.
All I know is I didn't go through with the order and then I get a vague email about shipping, a random charge to my credit card from an unknown source and then a canvas in the mail. It's fishy that there's two websites that are the same and i 'ordered' from one but got an email from the other. One doesn't have a log in section. And other people have experienced the same thing.
I reported it to my credit card company so no more charges can be made. But at least I got a decent product for the unexpected charge on my card.
