I ordered some gifts for my friends birthday, little did I know that Pizbi would scam me. The first time I ordered from them I only spent $7 and it arrived quickly and as described. That's how they get you, they only scam you on bigger orders! Now after 2 weeks they still haven't shipped my order and after 6 phone calls, a "support ticket" and 5 emails they haven't even replied!!!! Also their customer servic number is bullshit, it never even rings. I'm so unbelievably upset. My friends birthday is Tuesday and her gifts won't be here. Ill give them another 4 week days to reply then I'm filing a claim. I believe they're trying to wait 60 days that way I can't. I wish I read more about this site earlier, that $100 could have been spent elsewhere. The only way I'd ever consider doing business with them again is if they had a miracle excuse, apologized, gave me a discount, and overnight shipped my order to me, but alas I doubt that will happen. I still cannot fathom how this site has been successful when they do this type of thing, and I also cannot understand by they would. By stealing my $100 they've lost thousands of dollars worth of future business. I'm never ordering from a site that doesn't have PayPal ever again this is ridiculous. I'm even considering having my friend in california go pay a visit to they're shop and complain and demand my items.
