Ordered a Vince Wilfork jersey. I was charged for the product but never received the item. After waiting for a long time I contacted the company. I got an email from "Elaine" with several Chinese characters and a message telling me to "not worry" and that my order has been processed. Whenever I replied asking what service they used to ship the jersey and what the tracking number is I simply got generic replies telling me to not worry. Eventually they stopped replying to my emails altogether.
Update: 01/12/2012
Finally did actually receive the jersey and it's a decent imitation jersey after all. Still, didn't know I was ordering a fake one from China and I wouldn't have done any of this had they made it clear it was shipping from China.
