According to the info at the bottom of the website the 30 day trial begins the day you RECEIVE your order and as long as a RMA# is requested BEFORE day 30 of the trial (which started on the date received, not ordered) and your returned ZQUIET is received by day 45, your card will NOT be charged the additional fee. NOT true, they charged me from 30 days of the day I ordered the product and when I called for my RMA# refused to credit my account until they receive it back. It's like talking to a brick wall when you call costumer service and they are dumb as a box of rocks. They argued that the 30 days to call for the RMA# was from the order date, not the received date, directly contradicting their own website. This besides the fact that I was supposed to have and extra 15 days to return it! Hopefully I will get my money back when I return it but I've other complaints about that problem too.
