I visisted the site to rent textbooks and after placing my order it said it could not be processed. So later that day i tried once more, same thing happened. I checked my bank account, and found that i had been charged over $800 and over several times. I have tried contacting them by phone and e-mail. Neither of which i have recieved any answers. I would really like my money back, and to get them!

- This is very interesting because I had never heard about Valorebooks until 4 weeks ago when our credit card was charged over $1000 USD for books that we had never ordered. We ave been trying to get the money ack and they keep saying they have refunded us but to no avail - nothing has come through . We live in New Zealand and I am horrified that this can happen . I have asked to speak with the CEO and this has not happened either .
