They took money (unauthorized)from me and they will not refund it olny take me out of their system. I asked to speak to manager (whom im sure is NON-EXISTING)and they kept placing me on hold and telling me that they were all busy with other customers and had me wait 25mins just to get on the line and tell me that the managaer was still busy and they would only tell me the same thing.
