On December 20th, I called my car repair Napa Auto Care in 875 North Mcqueen Gilbert Arizona 85233 shop before he closing Jack J Griffith is the owner. My friend was helping by taking me to work very early in the morning. There is no bus transportation that early in the morning. She also helping looking and testing the car because I was at work. When I called he did not mentioned he had a buyer when I talked to him that night.
The next morning December 21st. Her Mom and her had to do something in the area. she stop by when he opened. He said I have a buyer. I never heard a deposit for a looking and testing the car at any circumstances but it is more like a 10% down payment of $4000.00. My friend happened to be a women he took advantage of the situation. So, on the receipt $400.00, she did asked many times for money back. He refused. She said that when you sale the car. Can I have the money back? He refuse again. Just recently he sent a letter out with coupons for tires rotation said thank you become my customer. Which it was not what happened. She is not a customer of his. I was but now is no longer a customer
While this all happened, he did mentioned that he used to be a car sale man. Not sure he has car dealership sale license to sale cars
Everything that happened I stop going to him getting my car fixed. I don’t trust him anymore what he did. I did research bbb in Arizona he already have 4 complaints against his company.
