I ordered some dietry tablets as i need to lose wieght fast. I paid an extra $6.95 for postage to get them here guaranteed in 4-8 days. 17 days on and still nothing.
I have tried to ring the phone number which is Australian but all i get is the answering machine but I managed to email them.
They say that if i havent received them within 30 days, i can apply for a refund. I needed them now not in 30 days!
Why guarantee the postage if they cant deliver.
