just got credit card bill and for the second time my credit card is overdrawn by $116.18 i rang them in november 2011 to tell them i havent received any bottles at all and im being charged for them, being told they must be stuck in customs.. doesnt help us out tho making my credit card over the limit. i cancelled it then in november and just received new bill and theyve charged me again. but still no bottles. when i rang them back then i made it quite clear i didnt want anything more from them.... they ought to be ashamed of themselves.
