I puchased a pair of shoes for my child, they asked did I want the free subcription of sports Illustrated, I said no, so I got one book. One month later I received a unauthorized amt. of 24.95 on my card. Called the number provided, the lady was rude, but said we will credit the amount back: However the amount isnt on my card yet. I wont shop at Finish Line again, this isnt the first time this has happened to me though. Who ever in management that reads this, you need to do something about the matter, before you all have a law suite, or out of business.
