Signed up for 5.95 ended up paying out £210 without knowing, i'm so mad at myself for falling for this scam they must be making so much money out of people. Has anyone be successful in getting any money back?

- Hi please try this email address [email protected] my mum and I managed to contact this scam and had a reply stating that the monthly memebership for her has been cancelled. Actually had a response and we also cancelled mums card with the bank after a lot of aggrevation with the bank.. Big tip is ..... if you do online banking that is the only way to cancel your card and have a new one issued.. if you go intl the branch of the bank and only do internet banking the bank won't adivse you that this is what you need to do.... I got really mad with her bank over the phone and as a result the card was cancelled and a new one sent out in 2 days!!! Nobody seems to want to help theses days... We are grateful that mums has been dealt with and that she recieved confirmation that her supposed membership to agios was in actual fact cancelled... And if you fight your bank hard enough you will get it refunded because it is classed as an eronious debit!!!! Please fight it and if it was from your credit card you are covered by the bank for fraudualant debits anyway... Hope this helps you and that the email address is still current.. We dealt with it last week and got a response, so am praying you do too.. Jay
