signed up online for serum and cream as a trial price £2.95 each- received both and put in writing as originally requested to cancel account. Then received credit card statement at end of december and saw transactions had occured of £74.95 on 20th November and £74.95 on 11 december 2011.
Have since made email contact and cancelled account- no refund has been made.
