purchased free trial of skin care. However I am receiving the product monthly & they appear to br helping themselves to my account fortnightly. I have the product which I like, however do not wish to keep purchasing buckets of it!!! I can't contact anyone as The phone is on voice mail pick up only. How do I stop these creatures accessing my account?
