I ordered a pair of classic short uggs from Uggago in November. I received a note on my door from USPS saying that I wasn't home for a signature, so had to drive across town to pick them up. When I saw the package, it scared me = all writing in Chinese except my name and address. They were not boxed (the boots were, but not the ugg box) but wrapped in plastic. When I got home and opened the ugg box, I knew IMMEDIATELY that the uggs were knock-offs - the soles were not evenly imprinted with the logo, they were way too lightweight, and the leather/fur, not even shearling lining were extremely cheap. They were incredibly stiff to walk in. I emailed the company, via replying to my order and Anne (I noticed her mentioned in several other comments) emailed back suggesting that I sell them to a friend, that they guarantee that the uggs are genuine (no they're not) and I said I just want to return them. She said fine, return them. I took them to a postal center today and there's no return label so I either have to pay $28 to ship them back to China, or as I did, email the company and request a return label. Let's see how Anne figures this one out. If I get no response, or not the one I want, I wonder, who would I contact to go after them for all of us that fell for a good deal???
