I have been trying now for wks. to get a hold of someone from this company. every time i call i get the same (Inappropriate Content Removed)--- either someone takes a msg. and says "someone will return your call within 24 hours", or a busy signal, or i get put on hold for 5 days. i was finally able to get a hold of a live person today who told me his system was down. i told him i was contacting a lawyer and asked for his name. he said it was John Ariel which is probably another lie, and he asked for my email address and last 4 numbers of my credit card. he assured me my credit card would be debited back within 24 hrs (sure!). i asked him for his direct line and he hung up on me. (Inappropriate Content Removed). this has me so heated.
