I came upon an offer from e-cigs that offered an introductory pack of electronic cigarettes for $9.99.I ordered this and called the 800 number saying that I did not want them to send me any more unless I ordered them myself.They assured me that they wouldn't.
While going through my activity on my Walmart prepaid debit card there was a charge for $40.00 deducted by this company.I contacted Walmart and they told me to cancel the order and get a number and they would credit the money to my card.I called the company and they said the order had already been sent and when I received it to send it back and they would refund the money,they also gave me a cancellation number.When I called Walmart they said that they had credited my account with the forty dollars.The e-cigs had reimbursed $20.00 with the other $20.00 to be credited upon their receiving from me the order.
Well,I never received the cigarettes or whatever they supposedly sent so I couldn't return what I never got in the first place.Walmart put a block on all of the prepaid cards I have from them.Now I keep getting the run around from both companies .Walmart says that until I pay the $18.95 owed on the card that I originally ordered from that there is a block on all of the cards I purchased at Walmart.I have about $11.00 left on one of them and cannot access it because of the block.I'm not about to pay $20.00 for a product that #1 I didn't order and #2 never received!I am so frustrated I could scream!
Does anyone have any information to offer that can help me out of this nightmare.As soon as I get my $11.00 I swear I am never going to order anything on line again nor step foot in a Walmart as long as I live.
