called to cancel talked to someone on the phone. unable to remember his name. He said sence I paid up to dec.26 it would be canceled then, but he would leave me on the site as a guess member. I e-mail also. I should have not taken his word and went back and made sure it was canceled. now they say there is no record of the callor e-mail and they have the money and will not refund it. they also say they sent me a receipt and renewal notice, that did not happen either, on e-mail. this may cost me ,but others need to know just because it says christian it's safe they have scams also .
