I purchased what I thought was one bottle of Revitaderm serum and one bottle of Perfect radiance at a trial price of £2.05 and £2.97. I also ordered the offer of a "FREE" bottle of the Rejuvanue eye cream. At no point was there any Terms&Conditions or small print explaining what you are actually signing up for. Low and behold there are several websites now that do explain this but certainly not on the web page that you order from.
On the 2/12/11 I was charged the above amount which is what I agreed to but then on 16/12/11 I was charged £74.95 and another £51.00 for the "FREE" Eye cream on 30/12/11.
By this time I had contacted My Bank and was put through to the Dispute team who were very helpful and also are aware of this company-they are a worldwide group that operate from Cyprus and when shut down simply re open under different names!
They have put an alert on my account and anything else they try to take will hopefully be "bounced" away from my account,unfortunatlly they cannot stop these payments as it seems I have agreed to their T&C!!!!!
This morning I have had yet another £80.00 taken out but the Bank have returned this to My account and will do for any other payments they may take.
On the wedsite it does give you a number to contact this company on 24/7 and it states that you can cancel your account at anytime which I did yesterday (this is the number I called 08081787320) and after 20 mins and Im sure a ridiculous amouny per minute got through to an operator who gave me 3 cancellation codes and I did recieve an email confirming this too this morning!
May I also say that I never recieved anything from them and have been informed by the bank that If I do not recieve any good's after 30 days of each transaction I will be able to claim all the money back as Revitaderm will then infact be in breach of contract!
I have read hundreds of others story's yesterday and everyone's story differs -amounts refunded,success in contacting this company,helpfulness of Banks/credit card company etc but we have ALL BEEN HAD at the end of the day.
