I ordered flowers on June 24, 2011 from Bloomsworld. When asked if I was interested in a memembership with Identity Worldwide I stated that I was NOT interested. They offered a 1 month trial which I again stated I was NOT interested in and advised that I didn't want any of the material they said they would send for my consideration. The flower delivery was not as promised.....terrible arrangement that looked nothing like what I had ordered and didn't arrive until close to 8pm so I was refunded a whopping 10% on the order and then today, July 19, I find a $14.99 charge on my acct for this Identy Worldwide company. When I called them they insisted that I accepted the offer....even went as far as to say that I took the steps to sign up for it and said they would cancel my member ship immediately even though I was "paid up" to August. I asked them to credit the $14.99 back to my acct, which the rep said she would try to do and kept telling me she was sorry that I didn't understand how the program worked and that they had sent me all the information in the mail and that she would be happy to explain it to me again. I told her I didn't misunderstand, I didn't sign up and I wanted my $ back. She finally gave in and said she would credit the acct so now I'm waiting 10 days to see if it shows up....I have learned that Bloomsworld is NOT the company to order flowers from. They are not professional I have a problem with them giving my acct info to a company that is going to debit that acct claiming to protect my identity when they are doing exactly what they claim to protect you from....
