We bought Dr.Dre Beats headphones for our daughter for Christmas. The order was placed December 17, 2011. It was suppose to take 6-8 days for it to arrive. December 29, 2011 was SUPPOSE to be the delivered date. No headphones arrive on the 29th. Here comes January 1, 2012 and still no headphones. Now it has been 12 days and still NO headphones. There is no number to contact them or any email address. They have a tracking device to track down your package but they don't give you any tracking number. They take your money and give nothing in return. SUCH A RIP OFF. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
