Never got any info on why or who they are just woke up this morning and looked at my account and saw that this USA Credit has hit my account for 149.95. I called up my bank and told them i never authorized this payment nor do i know who they are. I really hope i get my 149.95 back and my bank notes that these people are scams and some action is taken against them in some kind of way... from looking at this site doesn't seem like i am the only one.

- I had the same thing happen last week! I contacted my bank and they advised me to call the 800 number first. I contacted the number and got an automated voice asking for a 16digit acct # which I didn't have, or my SSN, which I wasn't going to give. If you stay in touch with your bank, they should be able to dispute the claim and you will get the entire amount back. I've been told that if you try to 'negotiate' with USA Credit, they will only give you back a portion of your money.

- I have the toll free number that my bank gave to me for this company here it is : 800-685-9354. I was on hold for about 30 min untill i gave up and hung up the phone havent tried to call back yet not sure even if i would be able to get through to them.
