Mathew Joseph and his wife posted on craigslist that they had an apartment for rent so I answered to the ad. They emailed me back and said to fill out an application so I did and it came back approved. So I went further and sent the deposit of $350 which they told me the keys would be sent after I sent that. Then they told me you have to pay rent first before we send the keys so I sent the $600 rent. Then they told me there was a processing fee of $200 so I sent that, and when it was time to get a tracking number for fedex it was a fake tracking number and they never talked to me again.
