International boundaries
we called quicken to refinance our home. They gave us some figures we agreed to. The rep requested a 400 "refundable" deposit. We gave him our card. They mortgage rep called and gave us some totally different figures 3x greater. The mortgage rep apologized for thier error and said no problem we will refund your monies. Well NOW quicken is trying to blame us!!! The rep apologized again and said if the initial rep said our 400 was refundable then we'd recieve it back!. Well Pay us BACK!!
