Ordered personalized Thomas the Tank Engine stickers on 12/4/2011 for my son's birthday on 12/26/11. My account was immediately charged the $11.62 on 12/6/2011. Thereafter I received an email stating my order was in process. Then on 12/13/11 I received another email that my order would ship within 2-3 days. This was the last email I received and I have yet to receive the stickers (it is now 1/3/12). I emailed them twice with no reponse and I have called about 7 or 8 times during all hours of the day, never a live response and always the same recording: they are closed until Monday. No option to leave a message. Now the number comes up as not in service. This is the worst company ever and to add insult to injury, I had to hand make all tags for my son's treat bags for his birthday party. Thank goodness I only ordered stickers from here as I had already ordered everything else from other companies.
