- same thing just happned to me today.im hanging on the phone to the co.for the last 15.mins

- Hi Patricia I have spoken with my bank and they say they have had at least 5 complaints just today, same thing; However it is in the terms and conditions apparently so I cannot get the monies back but can stop them from claiming against my card again, as the bank will contact them direct with a stop form. then if they do claim again i will be covered and get my monies back. hope this helps; Shall grow old gracefully now! MRB
