I applied for this so called frre trial of beauty anti-ageing creme's. Was asked to give my bank account details to pay only the postage and packing as this was a free trial.... £2.97 for 1 package and £2.95 for the 2nd was taken from my account. Today-3rd Jan 12 i checked my balance and a further £74.95 (un-authorised amount) has been taken and the bank say they cannot get it back until it is shown on my statement as the amount is in transit! Ive rang the police who told me to go straight to the bank following calling trading standards who have filed my complaint. As i read through these complaints, its clear that this company can take further payments. I now have to close my bank account to stop this happening again. I have rang the company, was an international call to be left in a que for 25 minutes, no luck. I do not know what to do next!! Help!!
