I placed an order for Tory Burch boots off a website that appeared to be an "Outlet Store" for Tory Burch. I tried to cancel the order and immediately notified my credit card company after doing some research. I received an email after a placed my order with broken English which flagged my concerns. I have no return address on the package and they refuse to give me information by email. They are trying to offer me discounts to keep the "fake" item.
