On November 7th, a young girl came to my door selling magazine subscriptions and books. I quizzed her in detail and she seemed legit so I bought some books for her, asking her if I would receive them by Christmas, as they would be gifts for my grandchildren. She reassured me that they would be mailed before Christmas.
It is Jan 1 and I have not received anything. I have searched the receipt for a phone number and there is none. i went to their website and under the "Contact Us" tried to send an email, but when you click "submit" you just get a message that there was an error.
